ryan-vs-bidenThis is the debate many of us have been looking for – the Vice Presidential Debate pitting Vice President Joe Biden against the Vice Presidential Republican nominee Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI).  I know I’m expecting Ryan to wipe the floor with Biden, how about you?  Biden, in my opinion, didn’t fare well against Sarah Palin in 2008.  Ryan being a policy wonk should be well prepared.  The primary wildcards for me are these… will we see crazy Uncle Joe and how well prepared is Congressman Ryan for tonight’s national stage?

I’m participating in a live chat hosted by The Des Moines Register during the Vice Presidential Debate.  I assume I’ll be joined by the same cast of characters as last week: political strategist and public affairs consultant Graham Gillette and liberal blogger John Deeth and of course any of you who decide to jump in.

The live chat (embedded below) will kick off at 7:30p (CST) with the debate starting at 8:00p.  In the meantime, treat this as an open thread and share your predictions here.
