I usually talk a lot about distinctions between what we do and how the traditional church operates.  More and more I’ve been thinking that in the midst of our differences there is one very important thing that we all do.   Our greatest desire is to help people find the freedom to truly live in Christ.  The methods may be different, but the goal is the same, and we’re certainly all in the same family.

I get worried when we constantly try to divide ourselves and prove why our ways are right. They’re not right, they’re just right for us. The hope is that we can see the beauty in all the different ways God is working in the world and in different churches.

We all comprise the bride of Christ, and as I heard once, “If you mess with the bride, sooner or later the bridegroom is gonna come kick your butt!”
