I have three kids, and my “baby” just turned 9 last month. So I really can’t benefit from the sound advice found below unless God surprises us with a fourth. But for those of my readers who are new parents or expecting parents, here you go.
Thank you to Paul Stewart for giving me the best laugh of the day!

So true and to the point. Thanks. I’m not a parent yet, but I have a brother who’s 17 years younger than I am. For those who are wondering, the advice holds for new big brothers and sisters too. :>)

Ah, man! I wish I would have had this advice for when my kids were little. I guess putting coffe in their baby bottles wasn’t such a good idea after all. Oh well, too late.
Without a manual, it’s amazing my kids turned out as well as they did.
(Thanks for the laugh!)

As the proud new parent of a 2 month old I can certainly relate…aside from the fact that our kid doesn’t have near that much head/neck control yet.

These always appealled to my slightly twisted sense of humor. I am glad you posted them and sorry I never got around to it!

@Marshall – very true, older brothers and sisters need to know not to put their little brothers and sisters in the dryer.
@Terrie – this actually explains a lot with my kids (just kidding).
@Matt – very true, I don’t see them sitting there playing chess.
@Andy – the best sense of humor is one of the twisted variety.
As the progenitor of lil’ Wall Watchers myself, I was interested in this post. The more I scrolled down, the louder my bellowing become and the more soda spewed out of my nose.
I still have tears in my eyes, Shane.
Can’t you warn a brother or something?! WHEW! This stuff was genius.
