Chuck Utech is a sports contributor at Caffeinated Thoughts, and has resided in Iowa since before Hayden Fry was coach of the Iowa Hawkeyes. He is a graduate of Newton High School. He has a great love for the entire Hawkeye state (do we have to guess which state school he roots for?). He currently resides in Ankeny, IA with wife Suzy and their two furry children, Lacey and Vince. Chuck is the home and away voice of the Mid-Iowa Rollers, Iowa's first women's roller derby team. An avid fan of all types amateur and professional, Chuck supports the Cubs, Packers, Bulls and Blackhawks.
