What is it that you regret?

I can relate to some of the things that were mentioned in the video above. Can you? Some of the things I had no control over, many I did. I love the promise of scripture when Jesus says to come to Him and we can find rest. Rest that can replace our regret.
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light,” (Matthew 11:28-30, ESV).
