Governor Palin gave a keynote address today at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans.   She takes time to define the Obama Doctrine.  The Right Scoop says we can be sure that the next set of VP candidates will *surely* be asked about that by a CBS reporter.  Yeah,  I’m not going to hold my breath on that.
