Councilman Matt Schultz is building momentum for his bid for Iowa Secretary of State with three more legislative endorsements. Representative Ralph Watts (R-Dallas County), Representative Cecil Dolecheck (R-Ringgold County), and Senator Kim Reynolds (R-Clarke County) have all joined the legislative team of Councilman Schultz.

“Iowans are looking for leadership right now, and Matt Schultz is a principled leader with a proven conservative record of fiscal responsibility and vision. Matt is one our finest young leaders in Iowa,” said Representative Ralph Watts.

“I am excited to support Matt Schultz. As I watch him speak he is connecting with voters and bringing a message of accountability with real ideas for strengthening Iowa jobs and fighting for fair elections,” said Senator Kim Reynolds.

Over the last several weeks Councilman Schultz has released the names of ten strong conservative legislators who are supporting his campaign and will be releasing more endorsements in the coming weeks.

Matt Schultz is a Council Bluffs City Councilman and is married with three children.
