Council Bluffs, Iowa – June 4, 2010 – Council Bluffs City Councilman Matt Schultz adds three GOP Heavyweights to his legislative endorsements for his campaign for Iowa Secretary of State. Representative Christopher Rants, Representative Kent Sorenson, and Senator Shawn Hamerlinck have joined ten other Iowa legislators in Supporting Matt Schultz in the Republican Primary for Iowa Secretary of State.

“I am very impressed with Matt Schultz. He has a passion for fighting for accountability in elections and has a record of fiscal responsibility as a City Councilman in Council Bluffs,” said Representative Christopher Rants.

“These three legislators are great examples of hardworking conservatives who love Iowa and are trying to make our State better. I am proud to have their support in this campaign and look forward to working with them on the campaign trail,” said Schultz.
