Jim_GibbonsCouncil Bluffs, Iowa – December 21, 2010 – Secretary of State-Elect, Matt Schultz, announced today that former Iowa State wrestling coach, financial advisor, businessman and congressional candidate, Jim Gibbons, will join the Secretary of State’s office as Chief Deputy and Director of Business Services.

Schultz previously announced that Doug Struyk will serve as Legal Counsel and Legislative Liason, Mary Mosiman will serve as the Deputy of Elections and Sarah Reisetter will be retained in a new role in the Elections Division.
