Still undecided on what dessert you want to prepare for your family and friends this Christmas? I want to share with you a delicious and simple recipe.

Espresso Brownies

What you need:

1 beaten egg
1 (21 1/2 ounce) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. strong coffee
1/4 c. water (or if you prefer you can use your favorite coffee liqueur.)
3/4 c. dark chocolate pieces
3/4 c. milk chocolate pieces
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

How to do it:

Uno. In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, brownie mix, cooking oil, water or liqueur, coffee,  chocolate pieces, semi-sweet chocolate pieces, and  your favorite nuts.

Dos. Stir, just till combined. Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-in. baking pan.

Tres. Bake in a 350 degree Fº oven for 30 mins. Do not over bake!  Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
