I was thinking about making this easy and delicious desert for this weekend, but then I thought of you. I am sure you will love it…

So here is the recipe for my favorite Coffee Jello (I am sure you have everything you need in your pantry)

Ingredients:

2 envelopes of gelatin

9 tbsp soluble coffee

1 8oz cream cheese

1 can condensed milk.

Hands-On

Bring 4 cups of water to boiling, meanwhile dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 c. of water (room temperature).

When the water boils, add the gelatin, lower the flame and stir until it dissolves. Remove from heat.

Add the soluble coffee, and stir.

Pour over a dish ( I use a large Pyrex)

Fridge until set.

Meanwhile…..

Blend the cream cheese and the condensed milk together, set in the fridge. (we want it very cold!)

3 Hours later (approx)….

Put the cream cheese mixture in the freezer for 15 mins.

15 Mins Later….

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the gelatin and serve immediately…and ENJOY!

15 Mins Later…

Everyone will be saying “this was so good!”

Have a blessed weekend; may His Grace be around your family table.
