This was an interview R.C. Sproul, Sr. had with his son R.C. Sproul, Jr. regarding the re-release of his book originally written 20 years ago, Abortion: A Rational Look at an Emotional Issue.

He said often this issue is approached with heat rather than light, and discussed how the church has addressed abortion pre-Roe v. Wade and in the 20 years since he first wrote his book.

He also brings up an idea which is pretty radical – instead of picketing abortion clinics instead picket churches who favor abortion on demand.

What I would do, is I would find the names of every pastor in America who favors abortion on demand, every denomination in that favor, and I would be picketing up and down in front of those churches on Sunday morning saying, “This church supports abortion on demand.”

Anybody game?
