He said back on April 16th in Des Moines he was close to making an official decision, and apparently all of his criteria was met.  He’s officially in.

Apparently he had a crowd of 15,000 at his announcement rally in Atlanta, GA.  He’s won numerous straw polls, and while it largely depends on the final field of candidates – he could be 2012 Iowa Caucus’ “Mike Huckabee.”  Though some in the beltway want to dismiss him, he should not be written off.
