Sam Clovis Immigration Reform
Republican U.S. Senate Candidate, Sam Clovis launched www.upholdthetruth.com yesterday as part of his campaign. The website will showcase videos on specific issues that range from healthcare to immigration reform and will continually be updated throughout the course of the campaign.

He kicked off with a video on the immigration reform bill that passed the Senate, and specifically leveled criticism at Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and the 14 Republican senators who supported the legislation.

“Iowans are tired of the status quo in Washington.  I’ve been twice the speed of sound, have seen the curve of the earth, have been a 1000 miles per hour a few feet off the ground and I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world.  There is nothing anyone in Washington is going to be able to offer me that I do not already have,” Sam Clovis said in a released statement.

“I am not running for office for personal benefit.  I am running to represent Iowa and will never be afraid to stand up against my own party when they compromise on our principles. Even if bad ideas and dangerous legislation come from party leaders like Marco Rubio with his immigration ‘reform’ bill, Iowans can be assured that I will never back down from fighting on their behalf,” Clovis added.
