State Senator Brad Zaun (R-Urbandale) says a big announcement is coming after the first of the year on his Facebook page.  Zaun has said he was interested in running for Congress in Iowa’s 3rd Congressional District after Congressman Tom Latham (R-Iowa)  announced his retirement.

An hour ago Zaun wrote, “I hope each of you had a great Christmas! I will have some big news to announce after the first of the year and I look forward to sharing it with my supporters and friends first!”
