Showing growing momentum and grassroots support, mother, soldier, and proven conservative Joni Ernst today proudly announced her 99-county leadership team. In doing so, Joni is the first and only Republican candidate in the race for Iowa’s open U.S. Senate seat to achieve this important milestone.

“I’m so grateful to have earned the support of these wonderful men and women from across our state. It is going to take a full-strength statewide grassroots effort to win the primary and ultimately defeat Bruce Braley this fall. The launch of our statewide team is one indicator of our ability to do just that,” stated Ernst.

These county leaders will be joining Iowa’s Lieutenant Governor Kim Reynolds and Colonel USAR, Retired, Chuck Larson, Sr. who are proudly serving as the campaign’s honorary state co-chairs.

The announcement of these grassroots leaders comes on the heels of the major endorsements for full spectrum conservative Joni Ernst by Governor Sarah Palin and Governor Mitt Romney last month. Furthermore, Joni has also secured the endorsement of dozens of state and local elected officials and grassroots leaders from across the Hawkeye State.
