Jenifer Bowen, Iowa Right to Life’s executive director, sent out the following email to supporters last night:

Late this afternoon, we learned that ANOTHER Planned Parenthood of the Heartland has STOPPED offering webcam abortions!  Cedar Rapids has now become an “abortion referral” location.

This marks the third clinic in the last few weeks to stop dangerous, in-house webcam abortions!  Twelve clinics have shuttered their doors for good in the past two years.  Fourteen Planned Parenthoods remain, with nine still performing abortions.

We will keep you informed as we learn more.

We’ll take good news where we can get it, and will update you when Jenifer updates us.
