(Des Moines, IA) The Young for Iowa campaign today announced it has raised nearly $10,000 per day since David Young secured the Republican nomination for congress in Iowa’s 3rd Congressional District.

Young’s campaign has raised $493,689 total through June 30, of which $111,216 comes from the brief report ending June 30.

“Our campaign is really taking off, evidenced by the brisk fundraising pace since we secured the nomination,” said Young for Iowa campaign manager Cory Crowley. “Iowans are ready for a congressman like David, who will work in a bipartisan way for Central and Southwest Iowa. David’s message is resonating, donations are pouring in and our intensity of support continues to grow.”

Crowley added that the campaign has continued collecting donations from across the district in the month of July, stating that this strong fundraising pace is projected to continue through the November 4 election.
