(Des Moines, IA) The Mosiman for State Auditor campaign launched a statewide digital advertising campaign, highlighting Mosiman as “the only CPA in the race for state auditor,” and promoting her work as the taxpayers’ watchdog.

The campaign is running statewide through election day.

“We are excited to begin the final sprint to election day,” said Mosiman. “My message of fiscal discipline, balanced budgets and principles of sound budgeting will be shared far and wide with voters across the state. I will continue my work with vigilance, rooting out fraud and making sure Iowans know it’s their money, not the government’s.”

Text of the ad is as follows:

I’m Mary Mosiman, your state auditor.

There is no such thing as government money. Only your money. Taxpayer money.

And it’s my duty to make sure it’s being used correctly, and with transparency. As your taxpayers’ watchdog, I report on wasteful spending, and fraud. And, provide a fair and honest assessment of our state’s finances. Iowans deserve to have a qualified CPA watching their money as state auditor.

That’s why I’m on the ballot.

I’m Mary Mosiman, the only CPA running for state auditor, and I’m asking for your vote on November 4th. Thank you.
