Fitzgerald’s taxpayer-funded propaganda

To follow-up on my article the other day about how Iowa State Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald is campaigning with taxpayer money here is some more evidence.  The mailer pictured before came to a friend of mine six days before the election.  No other state executive officer sends mailings like these with a picture of themselves and a quote touting programs – especially this close to election day.  This is just not misusing taxpayer money it is unethical if not illegal.
