Steve Riker and Brian Myers

Brian Myers and Steve Riker (filling in for Shane Vander Hart) talk to Matt Perman, former director of strategy at Desiring God Ministries turned consultant, he is speaking at the Technology and The Glory of God Conference with Tim Challies this afternoon at Stonebrook Church in Ames, IA.

Brian and Steve also discuss how according to the Minnesota High School Athletic Association biology doesn’t determine gender. ISIS continues its horrible persecution of Christians.  Also, there is a group of pastors who are now refusing to perform civil marriages.  The House votes to fight President Obama on his immigration order, and 17 states file suit against him as a result.

From the “you can’t make this stuff up” department: A New York judge rules that chimpanzees do not have the same rights as humans.  Somebody actually sued for this?

Remember you can listen on air at 8:00a and 6:00p on Saturdays on The Truth Network 99.3 FM if you live in the Des Moines/Ames Metro area.  You can also listen online live here.  Also we are on iTunes!
