Shane Vander Hart and Brian Myers spoke to Tyson Langhofer, senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, about the StemExpress v. Center for Medical Progress case.  StemExpress has attempted to stop the release of video with three of their executives who discuss their involvement in collecting baby parts from Planned Parenthood.

Langhofer explains the case along with some of the recent decisions made.

Shane and Brian also discuss Dr. Ben Carson’s recent comments about fetal tissue research, as well as, RU-486 and when life begins.  Then they bring you their weekly run down of big news from the week.
