Caffeinated Thoughts is the only media outlet to receive a video, entitled “Talk vs. Action: On Planned Parenthood,” (see below) that Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s presidential campaign is releasing later today that draws a clear distinction between Governor Walker and Hillary Clinton on the issue of Planned Parenthood.

A Walker campaign staffer, who wished to remain anonymous, told Caffeinated Thoughts, “The contrast between Gov. Walker and Hillary Clinton on Planned Parenthood could not be more clear and the fact that Walker actually defunded Planned Parenthood distinguishes him from the entire field of 2016 hopefuls.”

Here is the transcript of the video:

Hillary Clinton: “And I will defend a woman’s right to choose and Planned Parenthood.”

Megyn Kelly of Fox News: “This video from Planned Parenthood has made national news, and this so-called doctor is on there celebrating how she crushes the body parts of fetuses. What is your take on how this video changes the debate?”

Scott Walker (from Debate): “Unlike Hillary Clinton who has a radical position of support for Planned Parenthood. I defunded Planned Parenthood more than four years ago. Long before any of these videos came out.”

Scott Walker (to Megyn Kelly): “In our state we took the money, we defunded Planned Parenthood, and we put it into other entities. In many cases we put it into the county public health services so there are better non-controversial ways to do that, that can still provide for and protect women’s health.”

Scott Walker (in post-debate spin room): “When people talk about a pro-life record, I’ve actually done it – defunded Planned Parenthood, passed pro-life legislation.”

Scott Walker (to Megyn Kelly): “This video is one more example of why defunding them is so important.”
