Shane Vander Hart and Brian Myers talk to U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) about his presidential campaign, the San Bernardino shooting, and how he would deal with ISIS as a threat to national security. The guys also discuss the state of the 2016 presidential race.  What will stop the Trump train? Can it be stopped? They also discuss Donald Trump’s idea temporarily ban all Muslims from entering the country.

News flash NPR is not objective, at least not when it comes to climate change. The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (latest version known as No Child Left Behind) has been reauthorized in the Every Student Succeeds Act which passed the Senate (and was signed into law by President Obama after we recorded the show).  Plus, more bad news for Hillary Clinton, newly uncovered emails show that the Department of Defense was ready to provide assistance when the U.S. Consular in Benghazi, Libya was under attack.
