Shane Vander Hart and Brian Myers were joined by Shane’s daughter Kelvey Vander Hart for this week’s Caffeinated Thoughts Radio on The Truth Network, 99.3 FM. They first talked to Dr. Wayne Brough, the chief economist and vice president of research for FreedomWorks, who discussed the problematic Burr-Feinstien Encryption Bill before the U.S. Senate. They bill is formally known as the Compliance with Court Order Act co-sponsored by U.S. Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) and U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) that was written in response to Apple’s refusal to help the FBI break the encryption and provide a back door to one of the San Bernardino shooter’s iPhone.

In the second segment Kelvey, who is the Iowa State Director for Millennials for Cruz, discussed with the guys Millennial engagement in politics, and how they can be best engaged. Outside of Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Bernie Sanders, no other campaigns have strategically tried to reach them as a group.

Plus a Connecticut judge ruled against gun manufacturers and will allow a lawsuit filed by families of victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting. What are the implications of that decision? Also, Tim Tebow is being courted to run for Congress, will he jump in the race to replace retiring Congressman Ander Crenshaw in Florida’s 4th Congressional District? Donald Trump has revealed his favorite bible teaching, it probably won’t surprise you. Also the Colorado GOP Chair is receiving death threats from Trump supporters as a result of  Cruz winning delegates through a convention process and not a primary.
