This week on Caffeinated Thoughts Radio on The Truth Network 99.3fm Shane Vander Hart and Brian Myers spoke with Christiana Holcomb, legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, about a lawsuit they filed on behalf of Ft. Des Moines Church of Christ against the Iowa Civil Rights Commission. Holcomb discussed how the Commissioner’s interpretation of how the Iowa Civil Rights Act applies to churches should concern Iowa Christians.

Then the guys also spoke with former U.S. Attorney Matt Whitaker about the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was Secretary of State. Whitaker said that as a former prosecutor he disagreed with FBI Director Jame Comey’s decision to not recommend an indictment.

Shane and Brian also discussed the shooting in Dallas, TX that left 5 police officers dead and seven wounded at the end of a peaceful protest of recent police-involved shooting. The guys discuss the Black Lives Matter movement and the shootings that preceded this.
