Joni Ernst and Zach Nunn

U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) spoke at an event on Saturday to welcome State Representative Zach Nunn (R-Bondurant) home after a 90-day deployment to South Korea with the Iowa Air National Guard. The fundraising party for Nunn who is running for reelection in Iowa House District 30 was held at the Reclaiming Rails Brewery Company in Bondurant.

Also speaking at the event on behalf of Nunn was State Representative Linda Upmeyer (R-Clear Lake), the speaker of the Iowa House of Representatives, and State Representative Chris Hagenow (R-Windsor Heights) who is the Iowa House Majority Leader.

Nunn also provided brief remarks at the event which lasted two hours early Saturday evening. Below are videos of the speeches given.

Ernst presented Nunn with a command challenge coin during her remarks.

Nunn offered a few remarks and thanked those who kept his campaign going while he was away.
