Jenifer Bowen, founder of Life Right Action and spokesperson for Iowa Right to Life, joined Shane Vander Hart as a guest co-host to fill in for Brian Myers for this week’s Caffeinated Thoughts Radio.
Shane and Jenifer discussed Life Right Action, a new political advocacy group, she started to help elect pro-life candidates. They discussed the success Republicans had on Election Day, especially at the state level.
In segment two Jenifer and Shane talked about how Donald Trump’s transition is going, how the mainstream media has portrayed the transition, and some of the names being discussed as potential members of his cabinet including his just announced pick for Attorney General, U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), and Director of Central Intelligence, Congressman Mike Pompeo (R-KS).
In segment three they discussed the Trump protests and how an absolute meltdown is occurring on college campuses. They also discussed State Representative Bobby Kaufmann’s “Suck It Up, Buttercup” bill that will address taxpayer money being spent for grief counseling at state universities for students struggling with the election outcome.
