This week on Caffeinated Thoughts Radio, heard on 99.3fm The Truth, guest hosts Tim Overlin of Personhood Iowa and Kelvey Vander Hart join Shane Vander Hart.

During the first segment, our guest is Star Parker, founder of the Center for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE) in Washington, DC, a nationally syndicated columnist, and pro-life advocate. Paker discussed the importance of pregnancy centers, as well as, the personhood of the unborn babies we defend.

Parker will speak in Iowa soon. He is keynoting a fundraiser for Hope for Life Pregnancy Center in Charles City, IA. The dessert reception is June 11 at 7:00p at the Youth Enrichment Center on the Floyd County Fairgrounds.

During the second segment, our guest is JD Rucker, who co-founded The Federalist Party. He discussed why another political party is needed and how their strategy is different than other smaller “third” parties like the Constitution Party or Libertarian Party.

In the third segment, Kelvey discusses the Professor Watch List started by Turning Point USA. Also, Iowa has a new governor! We discuss Governor Kim Reynolds’ decision about appointing a new Lieutenant Governor. We also discuss the Manchester bombing this week.

We then, of course, have our Top Trump Tweet(s) of the week where we note a significant difference between President Trump and our previous President when visiting the Middle East.
