There is a contested primary in Iowa House District 26 to determine who will be the Republican nominee to take on incumbent State Representative Scott Ourth (D-Ackworth). Republican voters will have to decide next week (or now if they are voting early) between Jeffrey Janssen, an attorney from Carlisle, or  Rebel Snodgrass, a small business owner from Indianola.
