WASHINGTON – U.S. Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, announced that he will be hosting three town hall meetings next week. The events are open to the public and to the media. On April 15th, King will hold town halls in Hancock and Hamilton Counties, and on April 17th he will host a town hall in Pocahontas County. King has pledged to hold 39 town hall meetings this year (one in every county in Iowa’s 4th Congressional District) and these three townhalls he will have met with constituents in eleven counties so far in 2019.

April 15th Town Halls: Hancock and Hamilton Counties

The Hancock County town hall will be held at Britt City Hall, located in Britt at 170 Main Avenue South. The Hancock County town hall is scheduled to take place from 10:00-11:00 AM Central time on Monday, April 15.

The Hamilton County town hall will be held at the Stanhope Community Center, located in Stanhope at 600 Main Street. The Hamilton County town hall is scheduled to take place from 2:00-3:00 PM Central time on Monday, April 15.

April 17th Town Hall: Pocahontas County

The Pocahontas County town hall will be held at the Laurens Public Library, located in Laurens at 273 N 3rd Street. The Pocahontas County town hall will take place from 2:00-3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 17.
