KANSAS CITY, Mo. – David French, an attorney, author, senior writer at National Review, and senior fellow at the National Review Institute, spoke at the Kansas City Public Library – Plaza Branch on Wednesday evening. He discussed free speech and had an extensive question and answer period with an audience of approximately 250 people at an event sponsored by the Kansas City Public Library, Show-Me Institute, and National Review Institute.
