DES MOINES, Iowa – On Thursday, Iowa PBS held an hour-long Iowa Press debate for Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District race on Thursday, September 24 at the Iowa PBS studios in Johnston.

Candidates former State Senator Rita Hart, D – Wheatland, and State Senator Mariannette Miller-Meeks, R – Ottumwa, answered questions from reporters and discuss their platforms, concerns, and future plans. David Yepsen, the host of Iowa Press, moderated the debate.
