Congressman Trey Gowdy’s (R-SC) remarks before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee during Attorney General Eric Holder’s contempt of Congress hearing are a must watch.  He addressed President Obama’s decision to assert executive privilege over Fast & Furious documents that the Department of Justice has refused to release for over a year saying that either the witnesses that have been brought in before the committee have been lying about the President’s lack of knowledge and involvement or he has no basis to assert executive privilege.  

He reminded those present that an ordinary citizen can not ignore a subpoena, therefore the Attorney General of the United States shouldn’t be able to either.  You can watch the video below:
