praytoendabortionWe wanted to point your attention to two events happening today and Thursday to mark the mid-point of the 40 Days for Life.  40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life campaign with a vision to access God’s power through prayer, fasting, and peaceful vigil to end abortion.

The 40 Days of Life fall campaign ends on November 3.

Central Iowa Mid-Point Rally – Tuesday, October 15

5:30-6:15pm: Prayer Vigil (1000 East Army Post Road, Des Moines)

Those attending will gather on the sidewalk of the Planned Parenthood surgical abortion center.

6:30-7:00pm There will be a free soup and dessert dinner will be served for rally participants at Walnut Creek South, 1101 East Army Post Road, Des Moines.

7:00-7:45pm: Sidewalk Life Support Training with Jenifer Bowen and Kendra Burger of Iowa Right to Life, and Jenny Condon of InnerVisions HealthCare.  This will be held at Walnut Creek South immediately following the soup dinner.  This session will cover the dynamics of sidewalk ministry outside of abortion clinics.
