Today Republican Party of Iowa Chairman A.J. Spiker confirmed that United States Congressman and 2012 Vice Presidential nominee Paul Ryan will be the featured speaker at the Republican Party of Iowa’s annual, “Lincoln Dinner.” The event will be held on Friday, April 11th in Cedar Rapids at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Doors will open at 6:00pmwith program and dinner service beginning at 7:00pm. A private sponsor’s reception with photo opportunity will take place prior to the dinner.

“As our party’s nominee in 2012, Paul Ryan brought a tremendous amount of new energy to our ticket,” said Spiker. “As a Congressman he’s created a conversation about the budget that most in Washington are unwilling to have, and he’s a proven leader armed with solutions to expand opportunity for all Americans.”
