Shane Vander Hart and Brian Myers talk with Faith McDonnell, the the Director of Religious Liberty Programs and of the Church Alliance for a New Sudan at the Institute on Religion and Democracy, Meriam Ibrahim, a Sudanese Christian and mother of two who is married to an American citizen, has been sentenced to death for the alleged crime of apostasy from Islam.  McDonnell has been working to rally support for here in the United States in order to see some action from the State Department.  McDonnell hopes to rally support for a whitehouse.gov petition seeking 100,000 signatures to force the Administration to address the matter. Currently, the petition is just shy of 53,000 signatures.  So far there has been no consolur service for Ibrahim, but if you happen to be homosexual and need refuge – no problem!

The guys discuss Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal’s move to pull Louisiana out of the Common Core.  They are joined by Kate Bryan, communications director with the American Principles Project, to discuss the ramifications of this and if it may be the start of a dominoes effect with other governors.

Plus Justine Pellatier is finally home, the IRS lost Lois Lerner’s emails and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) decides to ignore the Bible’s teaching on marriage.
