Ruth Harbor is holding its Walk for Life in Des Moines, IA on Saturday, May 9, 2015 starting at 9:30a. This annual event, designed to raise awareness and funds for young women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, has a new location this year – Des Moines’ downtown riverwalk.
The starting point is at the Embassy Suites Downtown (101 Locust Ave., Des Moines, IA). Those interested in participating can register online here. If you can’t participate you can support a walker here or just donate to the ministry here.
