Seven months after the stimulus – 49 of 50 states have lost jobs with North Dakota being the exception, wonder what’s different up there?

From Congressman Dave Camp (R-Michigan 4th) report on the Republican’s House Ways and Means Committee site:

That’s a difference of 6.2 million jobs.  Couple this with news that the first direct stimulus report shows that the stimulus package saved or created only 30,083 jobs doesn’t make one jump up and down and say “yippy skippy.”  This success comes at only $533,000 per job.

Well that was well worth it then.
