Priorities USA released an ad that initially makes you believe it is a pro-life ad.  It highlights an Ohio couple, Chris and Lauren Glaros, who talk about finding out during an ultrasound that their preborn daughter was going to be born with spina bifida.

They discuss how she has been a blessing and you think what a great ad and pro-life message. If you think that is the purpose of this ad you would be wrong.

They then focus their attention on how Donald Trump mocked a reporter with disabilities.

Watch the ad.

Trump’s behavior was appalling and I won’t defend it. It’s one of many, many reasons that I am “Never Trump.” I do need to point out that while this ad appears to have a pro-life message it is released by a group whose purpose is to “to educate and engage Americans to speak out and stand strong against the outdated views of the far right that threaten our democracy and undermine the middle class.”

Priorities USA has spent just shy of $30 Million in support of Hillary Clinton mainly, I assume, by attacking Trump.  They engage Americans to stand strong against outdated things like protecting unborn life. This group and the candidate they support believe in abortion on demand. Around the time of this ad’s release Clinton has pledged her allegiance to Planned Parenthood who would advocates for the “right” to end the life of preborn babies, like Glaros’ child, who are diagnosed with a disability in the womb.

I have to wonder if they see the irony because it’s so thick you can cut it with a knife.
