With less than 11 days before Election Day the FBI announced that it going to investigate new Clinton emails that have surfaced in connection to another case.

Donald Trump could not ask for a better gift. I have said that I didn’t think Trump could win this election on his own merits, but Hillary Clinton could lose the election through prevailing circumstances. This is one of those circumstances, and this plus the rising costs of Obamacare plans have just improved Trump’s chances on November 8th.

FBI Director James Comey, in a letter to U.S. Senators Richard Burr (R-NC), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Richard Shelby (R-AL) and Ron Johnson (R-WI), as well as, Congressmen Devin Nunes (R-CA), Robert Goodlatte (R-VA), John Culbertson (R-TX) and Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), said that he was supplementing this previous testimony before Congress.

ā€œIn connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation. I am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday, and I agree that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as, to assess their importance to our investigation,ā€ Comey wrote.

He goes on to say the Bureau can’t predict how long it will take to investigate and whether or not the material will be significant.

This hanging over Clinton’s head before election day isn’t good, but it would be even worse if they found further misconduct and released that information before.  It would be best for the American people to learn this before going to the polls as well.
