Words can not describePictures barely even do it justice, the devastation to structures and lives that has taken place in Haiti.

My heart is heavy and burdened for the people of Haiti tonight, especially in Port-au-Prince.  This country struggled with both physical and spiritual poverty before.  We need to pray.  Pray for their physical recovery.  Pray for those who survived.  Pray for the victimsā€™ loved ones.  Pray for the rescue workers who are going down to Haiti.  Pray for our military who are also providing aid.  Pray for the NGOs and missionaries who were already working in Haiti.

Then also give.  Some worthy organizations:

God may You lavish your grace and mercy upon the nation of Haiti.  May they experience Your hope and healing physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
