John R. Stokka is an entrepreneur and a Republican Party political activist in Polk County, Iowa. He currently serves on the Polk County Republican Central Committee and the Polk County Republican Executive Committee. He has previously served on the District 3 Executive Committee. He has served on several occasions as the Chair of the Rules Committee to the Polk County Convention and Congressional 3rd District Convention. He has also served in the past and current cycle on the Rules Committee to the State Convention. Over the past 35 years he has founded and built numerous technology companies and presently serves as CTO for ShieldIO, a Silicon-Valley based company that develops patent pending encryption technology to Fortune 500 companies.
