The Des Moines Register Wants “May Issue” Carry Permits to Return to Iowa
The Des Moines Register, Center for American Progress, and Progress Iowa want to restrict your freedom over an increase of 0.26 homicide by firearms per 100,000 Iowans and an increase of one suicide by firearm per 100,000 Iowans that can’t rationally be linked to the change in Iowa’s law in 2010.
