Grassley, Whitver Support Law Enforcement Action, Condemn Violence at State Capitol
Speaker Pat Grassley and Senate Majority Leader Jack Whitver said they support law enforcement action that led to 17 arrests at the State Capitol after a protest turned violent.

The Des Moines City Council approved the first consideration of a ban on racial profiling by police by a 7 to 0 vote, they will consider it again on June 22.
