The Iowa House Education Bill Better for Nonpublic Schools, Not for Local Control
There are several improvements in the Iowa Houseās version of Governor Branstadās eduation bill, especially for nonpublic schools. Protecting local control of education and limiting government, however, can not be counted among them.
