Interesting video.  It makes a powerful argument as to why government welfare programs don’t generally work.  What is most compelling is it is an argument made by the people who are in the trenches working with the poor.

If the government wants to do anything whoever ends up in the White House should continue with the Community and Faith-based Initiatives so if taxpayer money must be spent on this issue (and it is an important issue) then at least it is going to organizations and ministries who will be effective.
