I have three kids, and my “baby” just turned 9 last month.  So I really can’t benefit from the sound advice found below unless God surprises us with a fourth.  But for those of my readers who are new parents or expecting parents, here you go.

Thank you to Paul Stewart for giving me the best laugh of the day!

  1. Ah, man! I wish I would have had this advice for when my kids were little. I guess putting coffe in their baby bottles wasn’t such a good idea after all. Oh well, too late.

Without a manual, it’s amazing my kids turned out as well as they did.

    (Thanks for the laugh!)

  5. @Marshall – very true, older brothers and sisters need to know not to put their little brothers and sisters in the dryer.

@Terrie – this actually explains a lot with my kids (just kidding).

@Matt – very true, I don’t see them sitting there playing chess.

@Andy – the best sense of humor is one of the twisted variety.
