My Governor, Chet Culver, gets an education when he incorrectly stated how a new state building is being paid for.  Watch below or here.

 

The slapping sound you may hear is me smacking my forehead.  You’d think he would get something like that right since he’s touting it.  Imagine showing up groundbreaking of a state building as Governor not knowing how it got there.
