Former Governor Sarah Palin appeared on Jay Leno’s “debut” back in his old time slot on The Tonight Show.  It was a good move to make in order to have good ratings that first night.  I thought that she was pretty good, and that the line of questioning was fair – something I’ve come to expect out of Leno.

Money quote (for laughs) after Jay Leno asked her if she would ever consider leaving politics to host a talk show she said, “I’ve heard every once in awhile this becomes open.”

She also had a chance to do her first monologue… pretty good, definitely better than David Letterman 😉
